Payment
Payment can be made onboarding arrival or collection by either cash or credit/debit card. Please note that we do not accept cheque payments. Rates are per calendar day, full days charge made for the day of arrival, regardless of arrival time.Â
For the day of departure, the collection before 10:00 a.m. costs half a day, and after 10:00 a.m., it costs a whole day.
Cozy Pet boutique hotels do not charge extra for heating, medication, or administration of special diets. We always insist on keeping your pet on the same diet; the hotel has a variety of food (wet and dry) in case the food your pet is used to is not available, we will ask you to bring your food and a reduction of the price of £0.50 per day on your bill.
If you wish to amend dates relating to your booking, please give us between 14 and 7 days notice.
All dates are booked in advance, even dates that are not used! (i.e., coming in late or collecting early) Any amendment or cancellation is subject to a minimum notice period of 7 days before your booking. Any amendment or cancellation after the seven-day notice period will result in a charge for the entire period you have pre-booked. We reserve the right to charge a deposit with your booking.
Please note our charges over the Christmas period:Â Christmas day, Boxing Day, and New Years’ day will all be charged at a double rate; we also have a minimum booking time of 2 weeks.Â
During peak seasons, there is a minimum booking time of five days.
Collection Service
Your pet’s collection and delivery service are available for a nominal charge. Depending on availability, please give us at least one week’s notice, even on dates not used! (i.e., coming in late or collecting early) Any amendment or cancellation is subject to a minimum notice period of 7 days before your booking. Any amendment or cancellation after the seven-day notice period will result in a charge for the entire period you have pre-booked. We reserve the right to charge a deposit with your booking.
